Neolithic ceramic beaker

Painted decoration is unusual in the Neolithic. This vessel employ yellow ochre slip. It has decorations of angular ribbons, like the nets used to suspend the vessels. It is divided into 3 bands: the upper is yellow slip, the middle is undecorated, and the lower and base are red.

The vessel had been repaired by drilling holes to take a thong.
